I got a call from a paper in Longview over the weekend telling me that they got my shit, but I've been playing phone tag with them ever since. It was supposed to ship last week but no dice. So I was wondering where oh where was my order. Guess what happened: It was only a matter of time before The Beatles got wind of what DJ Danger Mouse was up to with The Grey Album (his remix project of Jay-Z's Black Album with beats made up of samples from The Beatles' White Album). While this was pretty easy to find on the internet about a week ago, DM's tribute to hip-hop and rock and roll's greatest acts was given the axe in the form of several cease and desist letters sent to just about anyone within a 5 mile radius of the project. Yep, even kids selling copies on Ebay got scary letters from the big wigs. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.... - Pizzo So FUCK YOU PAUL MCCARTNEY. I was really looking forward to this, now I guess I'll have to go on Kazaa and do battle to cop these songs. Bah. That's all for... oh, wait, that's Gates' gimmick.
