RANDOM SHIT:

-Updated the blogs, links and Quote This. Enjoy.

-Hmmmm...maybe this is why Matt doesn't have a girl?

-I didn't hear from the people at Money Tree, so maybe Monday? I'd hate to let this get past me, so I may have to go down there and wait until she has time to see me.

-A fake story, but very funny.

-It's nice to see the M's get off the schnide, as Boomer would say. Still, 3-8 is not cool, but if you've been reading the U.S.S. Mariner (and if you're a red-blooded American there is NO excuse to not be reading the best damn baseball blog out there) you could have seen this shit coming.

Granted it's very early, but with Moyer struggling until tonight, losing Guardado and Spiezio for the first two weeks of the season, sending Soriano down now instead of letting him start the season in the minors so he can build his arm back up and watching Jarvis become the one billionth member of the The Below Average Right-Handed Relief Pitcher Club (go back in the USSM's archives to Sunday, April 4th to read David's very funny rant on the Cabrera trade) will probably make this season very painful to watch.

But hey, at least my family can finally go back over to the Safe and pick up good seats for games like we used to. That was fun. I don't like how they don't play at home for my birthday, but it's OK. I still remember how much of a a pain it was for them to get on TV for a local home game. Thank God for cable and FSN.

-For those who enjoy GoGo, a excellent fan site (in English!) for Chiaki Kuriyama. I should go over to Seattle and pick up Battle Royale. Chris, if you're reading, make a day of it and hit up some of the stores in downtown Seattle, especially Scarecrow Video.

Man, I love living here. :)

OK, that's it for me. Smackdown comes on tomorrow (since the M's game preempted it until Sunday) then RAW on Monday and hopefully a job offer.

Enjoy the links and I'll holla.
