¡CUN ANIVERSARIO DEL AÑO!

Granted, it's not accurate, but hey! A party is a party! Shoutout to all the other blogs turning one (since we all did 'em roughly about the same time.)

Before I continue-



God that's hot.

Anyways, congrats to the first ever FIVE TIME FIVE TIME FIVE TIME FIVE TIME FIVE TIME FIVE TIME Women's Champ. Much love.

Now, onto some serious matters.

Last Friday, I had the unfortunate luck of having someone use my PayPal account to buy 900 FUCKING DOLLARS WORTH OF CALLING CARDS. The NERVE.

I immediately reported it to PayPal and I thought that would be it, right? Nope.

I check my bank account online and what happens? The transactions went through anyway.

FUCK.

I immediately call my bank and PayPal again and let 'em know what's going on. But until they investigate the matter, my account was overdrawn and all I had on me was 4 bucks to last the rest of the week.

DOUBLE FUCK.

Luckily my coworkers on this temp assignment loaned me some money, and the cook at the makeshift kitchen bought me lunch, but I was not happy for most of the day, especially when I had to call my mom and tell her what happened (and ask her for a loan to cover my purchases that I made over the weekend.)

But the bank reversed the transfer the next day, and all is good. Well, except for the fact that I had to get ANOTHER check card (since the first one was left in an ATM and I had to cancel it since I thought someone stole it) and I have to depend on checks until I get that card (and do you know how many businesses won't take checks anymore? Christ, I thought it was bad enough that people have abused the check to the point of extinction, but what scares me is the growing trend towards plastic and how actual paper money might not be used in the next few years, but that's another rant for another time.)

Word of warning to all who buy stuff online: WATCH WHERE YOUR INFO GOES. I was pretty careful, but somewhere I fucked up, and it could happen to you, so be on top of yo game, kids.

OK, on to quick hits:

-God bless summer. I thought we were gonna have another cool summer, but it's really warm this weekend. Hopefully it'll be nice like last year (when we set a record for most sunny days in a row.) If it keeps hot chicks in revealing clothes it's all good over here. :)

-Mariners! We've won three in a row! Eight of our last twelve!

SHUT YOUR MOUTH! SHUT IT! THIS IS ALL I HAVE! DON'T TAKE THIS AWAY FROM ME! THIS IS ALL I HAVE TO LIVE! WON'T YOU LET ME LIVE! (until football season!)

-Speaking of football, NCAA 2005 is shaping up to be one of the sweetest games I will ever play in my life (until next year's version shows up.) Between that, Halo 2 and Madden 2005 I won't have a reason to make human contact with ANYONE! AHAHAHAHAAAA!

-*ahem*

-The Week In Wrestling: "1 2 3 Pedigree!" I think that was HHH's best work in years. Nice to see all this dick suckin' and protection of his spot was justified. Somewhat.

Lita is pregnant with Kane's DEMON SPAWN! DEMON SEED! God, that's fun to say. If Kane names it "Katie Jr." I will laugh and laugh. I hope this will lead to a good match between Kane and V.1, but I'll be happy if those two can recover from this "abortion" of an angle (ooh, did I just go there?). I'm not too worried about Kane. That guy is the Teflon Don of wrestling: No shitty angle can truly stick on him. Too bad I didn't get all of the main event. That was a good match while it lasted.

Finally, JBL cut a good promo. Too bad he had to take shots at CNBC for firing him because he had a "loudmouth" and not because he decided to do his best SIEG HEIL impression.

Chavo Classic is gone. *sniff* Too bad. He could have really done some good work, but the writers decided to take his character in a negative direction.

No TNA Impact since it got preempted for baseball. Boo. I wanna see some crusiers kill each other, damnit!

-Hey Bush? You mind telling the Americans to GET THE FUCK OUT OF DODGE BEFORE MORE INNOCENT PEOPLE DIE? Jeez, I know you want to show the world you ain't neva scared, but the HA WE'LL SHOW THEM attitude lasts oh so long before it turns into OH SHIT THEM AL-QAIEDA BOYS AIN'T PLAYIN' DICK WHAT WE GONNA DO

-Political rants aside, Chauncey Billups~! It may not be his blog, but the Finals MVP is well repped by a man who writes some of the funniest one liners about the NBA in sometime.

We also say peace to the Pistons for taking care of the Evil Empire. Somewhere, Butch is wiping his tears away with his game worn Kobe Bryant jockstrap. :)

-If you're wondering when your fave TV show is gonna get the greenlight for your DVD system, check this out. What *I* wanna know is, when is Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air gonna get some love? That was mad funny back in the day.

-Finally:



I bought his book that he did with Spike when I had to do a report on his films. A definite must read. Rest in peace, yo.
